a hotel or B&B with parking at stansted airport?
as our check in is at 04.00, we are looking for a hotel or B&B with transport and parking included. a lot of the adverts say this, but when you look at the small print! then they add on taxis/ transport/parking and no breakfast! not bothered about the breakfast, just getting there on time and return transport to hotel/b&B with no restricted hours due to early check in time at airport. arrival back is ok as its 16.00hrs

How to get from central London to Heathrow, cheaply?
I’m flying to Italy on July 4, and my flight leaves Heathrow at 6:50 a.m. I’m staying at a hotel in Bayswater, north of Hyde Park.
Does anyone from London have any tips on how to get to the airport? The tube is out, since I’d like to be there 2 hours ahead of time, and it doesn’t start running until 5 a.m. Taxis are expensive. In the states there are cheap van shuttles that will pick you up and take you to the airport — anything like that in the U.K.?
hotelhoppa and hotelink don’t start early enough for you. Neither does the Heathrow Express.
You can do it by 2 buses
N52 to Notting Hill Gate
N9 to Heathrow
Should take about 1 hour 30 minutes.

Hi all, which is the cheapest way to park your car at Heathrow Terminal 3?
I need to go to Heathrow to pick up a friend. According to the official price, £13.80 is for a 3-4 hour slot. Is there any other way, like having free parking at a nearby restaurant, for example?
well, can’t you just pick them up in the pick up lane with the taxis? that’s free isn’t it?

Any tips on cheap parking at Gatwick or websites etc for two weeks in August?
Have not booked parking before just wondered if anyone has any good ideas.
Take the family and all bags to the airport and drop them off. Then drive to Horley and park in a side street. get a cab to the airport (about £5 from A2B taxis Tel 01293 820820), and when you return - do the whole thing in reverse.
Voila - 2 weeks parking for a tenner. I do it every year.
Sure, you might say "will my car be safe on the streets?" - well, it’s always on the street anyway most of the time, and those airport parks are notorious for break-ins as well.
