I have never travelled from this airport before, and I wanted to ask anyone who has to recommend a CONVENIENT car park. I want to be able to drive to the airport, park my car very close by and then collect it 10 days later. Thanks

You are probably better to go into Liverpool, itself, near to the bus station and park in a residential area. Then all you need to pay for is a bus to the airport..

To avoid the high charge for dropping people off at departures, the wise ones drop people off at arrivals. That should give you a clue about the parking arrangements at Liverpool airport.
Best go by bus or train, to right outside the airport doors , and have no worries.
