I want to use the underground
Take the train from Stansted into london Liverpool Street station (end of the line). (The train leaves from Stansted airport terminal).
At Liverpool Street, take the Hammersmith & City tube line north (direction Barking) and get off at Upton Park (9 stops)
How to get from central London to Heathrow, cheaply?
I’m flying to Italy on July 4, and my flight leaves Heathrow at 6:50 a.m. I’m staying at a hotel in Bayswater, north of Hyde Park.
Does anyone from London have any tips on how to get to the airport? The tube is out, since I’d like to be there 2 hours ahead of time, and it doesn’t start running until 5 a.m. Taxis are expensive. In the states there are cheap van shuttles that will pick you up and take you to the airport — anything like that in the U.K.?
hotelhoppa and hotelink don’t start early enough for you. Neither does the Heathrow Express.
You can do it by 2 buses
N52 to Notting Hill Gate
N9 to Heathrow
Should take about 1 hour 30 minutes.

Where is the cheapest place to park near Gatwick Airport?
Best quotes I’ve found so far is BCP car parks, outside airport for on-airport for £32.30, and 10 mins from airport for £27.48. Isn’t there anywhere cheaper?
Our plane leaves from the North Terminal, 4 passengers.
We hope to drop off the car at 10:30 on Sunday 29th June 2008, and pick up around 14:00 on Wednesday 2nd July.

For the dates you have posted, Airparks come out at £24.50p. I used them in May, and found them very efficient & that was at 0430hrs!!. Their coaches leave every 15 mins, dropping off at North terminal first.
