PostHeaderIcon how to reach pembury hotel in finsbury park from Gatwick airport by train/tube?

Easiest way to Finsbury Park from Gatwick Airport is to catch a First Capital Connect service from Gatwick Airport station to St. Pancras International. From there, walk across to Kings Cross station and catch one of the many local services which are first stop Finsbury Park. The hotel website says it is two minutes walk from the station. Alternatively, catch a train from the Airport to Victoria, and then catch the Victoria Line (light blue line) in the direction ‘Walthamstow’ to Seven Sisters tube station (which is linked to Finsbury Park station). If you are arriving at a weekend, that would be the preferred route as FCC services are not crossing London, and hence those from the south do not serve St. P. International at those times, due to large scale upgrade work on the line in Central London, requiring weekend closure

PostHeaderIcon hotel/parking at gatwick?

i need to check in for a flight at 0630, so i thought i would book into a hotel for the night. Someone told me that there are hotels where your parking is included in the price, we are away for 2 weeks so that could be quite expensive, does anyone know of a web site where i can get this info

Flypark - google parking/hotels gatwick - Flypark do parking and the nights stay for £111.00 - not bad considering the parking charges can be near that cost on their own - Happy holidays!!!

PostHeaderIcon Has anyone used the Russ Hill hotel nr Gatwick for car parking whilst on holiday?

We are staying here for 1 night before we go on holiday and the car is parked there for 15 days while we go to Greece. I have read so many reviews that are horrendous but a few that have had no problems at all so i am on the verge of cancelling this place. Has anyone stayed there and if so what was the car parking like?

Yes we used it. Can’t recomend it, long way by bus from Gatwick
Very approx 1 hour wait They also keep your keys and move your car. Mine was scratched, just dumped in field, Radio had been interferied with, and other things I noticed.
Would never use the place again

PostHeaderIcon Gatwick hotel + parking?

I need some help! Could someone tell me about a hotel near gatwick airport that offers parking facilities BUT you do not have to leave your car keys behind?
The train is not an option, I live in Essex, therefore I need to take my car.
I’m looking for 1 night in a hotel and 15 days parking, I do not want to leave the car keys behind, because I have heard many horror stories

Every hotel I’ve stayed in in recent years has required that you leave your keys when away for a holiday.
They may need to move your car. For example if there is a fire, the Emergency Service vehicles would need plenty of space.
