do i need to show my driving licence to park at gatwick airport?
I have lost my driving licence and are going on holiday sunday 5th september and would like to book to park at gatwick airport and was wondering if anyone knows if you have to show your driving licence as proff you are licenced to drive ?????
No, you don’t.
You will get a better price by booking on-line rather than paying the "gate price" on the day. You then just turn up with your booking reference, hand the car key over and leave the rest to them. You will be transported to the airport by coach, which picks you up again on your return. The car park that I use, Airparks, then give you back your key, tell you where your car is parked and give a coded card to lift the barrier at the exit.

How do you pay for short stay parking at Heathrow.?
Hi, i,m meeting a flight in the morning at 06.30. How much is it to park short stay for say 2-3 hours and how do you pay?? Is it card or cash? Thanks Andy. Lincolnshire.
You take a ticket as you enter the car park. Park up and go meet your passenger. On the way back into the car park are machines to pay cash/notes and issue you with an exit ticket. Up to half an hour is £2.30, up to an hour is £4. But if you’re going to Terminal 1, 2, or 3 you could hang outside on the A4 Bath road for free at Macdonalds and then go into the airport at the time the flight lands, you’ll end up paying the minimum £2.30.
