Hi. All it means is when you get to Finsbury Park you change onto the Victoria Line (follow the signs, theres loads!) Take the victoria line to Tottenham Hale. Then walk from Tottenham Hale Underground Station to Tottenham Hale Main Line Staion (which is basically a subway, and well signposted) Hope that helps!

PostHeaderIcon Airport Parking: How to Avoid Sky High Prices

Harry Lawrance asked:

If you’ve gone to the trouble to search for the perfect holiday destination and have taken the time to find the best deal you can for your flights and accommodation, it makes little sense to negate any savings you have made by turning up at the airport and paying whatever they may demand for your airport parking.

With a little time and forward planning you can make huge savings on the price you pay to park your car for the duration of your holiday.

Looking on the Internet, there are several online aggregator websites that will compare prices at various airport car parks without bias towards any one company. The aggregators job is to save you time by comparing the prices from dozens of airport car parks with one search. Bear in mind that they will only search car parks they have an agreement with so you should examine a number of online aggregators to get the best deal on your airport parking.

As an illustration of the savings available, a two week stay at the car park at Heathrow airport would cost you £208.60 if you just turn up and pay. Using one of the online aggregators a secure car park for the same two weeks can be found for £79.95, nearly a third of the price. It should be noted that the car park in question is a 10 minute transfer to the airport, but these transfers run regularly every 10 minutes and will drop you at the entrance to the terminal.

To ensure that your car will be safe while you are sunning yourself on holiday you should check that the car park has been awarded the Park Mark, an award handed out to car parks that have passed rigorous security and safety tests. You should also make sure that the company has a UK call centre, UK contact address, VAT number and company number. You should never use a company where you are required to pay cash on arrival.
