What is the Croxteth Park Estate in Liverpool like?
It is not actually in Croxteth, it is in West Derby (L12) but it is called the Croxteth Park Estate because it is by Croxteth Park.
P.s The area I am talking about is right near the top of the estate, but the property has private gates and that. Will it still be bad there.
Its a large private housing estate with nice homes with some great parkland nearby.
However it has never overcome the basic flaw which it was built with, there is one road in, one road out and there are no amenities apart from some small shops and a pub (now closed).
Apart from the houses and the walks nearby, there is nothing else there.
Rhys Jones was murdered there but that was a feud brought in from outside the estate, the gangs of Croxteth and Norris Green have been watched very closely by the police and many are now in prison. Its not shangrila, but not as bad as it was.

not brilliant. It was the largest housing project in Europe at one point building on Lord Derby’s estate of Croxteth Park.
It was the area where Rhys jones was shot the other year and has a bit of a gang problem at the moment with rival gangs from Croxteth and Norris Green
